We welcome new members to join our friendly group of BJJ and grappling enthusiasts. Feel free to sign up for one of the classes on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
  • Monday 6:30pm to 8pm: Grappling with Nick
  • Tuesday 6:30pm to 8pm: BJJ  with Niels
  • Wednesday 6:30pm to 8pm: BJJ with Martijn
  • Thursday 6:30pm to 8pm: BJJ with Dustin
  • Friday 4pm to 6pm: Open Mat (BJJ or Grappling)
  • Saturday 11am to 1pm: Open Mat (BJJ or Grappling)
  • Sunday 11am to 1pm: Open Mat (BJJ or Grappling)
